Railways should permanently cancel this train 12463/64 Jodhpur Delhi sarai rohilla rajasthan sampark kranti express and should run it from Bikaner on tri weekly basis on Tuesday Thursday Saturday or should give this train one more rake to run this train daily instead of tri weekly and railways should do rake sharing arrangement of this train with Jaisalmer Jaipur leelan express and should also give lhb rakes to leelan express and both trains will have 3 rakes of leelan express +2 rakes of rajasthan sampark kranti express total 5 rakes with primary maintenance at Bikaner or Lalgarh jn.

AND AFTER DOING RAKE SHARING ARRANGEMENTS OF LEELAN EXPRESS AND
RAJASTHAN SAMPARK KRANTI EXPRESS RAILWAYS CAN EASILY RUN 14713/14 DELHI SARAI ROHILLA SIKAR INTERCITY ON DAILY BASIS INSTEAD OF BI WEEKLY AND SHOULD CHANGE COACH COMPOSITION OF ALL 5 RAKES OF THIS TRAIN LIKE THIS -
3 THIRD AC, 6 SLEEPER CLASS , 4 GENERAL CLASS AND 2 GENERATOR COACH TOTAL 15 COACHES.

And primary maintenance of 5 rakes can be done easily at Bikaner or Lalgarh because mumbai rajdhani and august kranti rajdhani also have 5 rakes and even after having 5 rakes primary maintenance both train is done nicely and daily without any secondary maintenence.

And should change timings of Lalgarh Jaislamer express after doing it's rake sharing arrangements with Rajasthan sampark kranti express like this-

I support to operate this train as daily train by giving an additional take and giving a daily connection and can extend upto Jaisalmer to make it viable.

But it can't be extended upto Jaisalmer because Jaisalmer don't have any pitline to do secondary or primary maintenance of any train. So this trains will run seperately between Sikar to Delhi sarai rohilla
and delhi sarai rohilla to Bikaner
and Bikaner to Jaisalmer.
