why the trains running late in ndls-hwh routes. even all rajdhani's running late by more than 5 hrs

No fog effect, its due to Ohe disturbance.. Yesterday apx 07:15 pm. .wagons of HP oil train got derailed and collided with OHE POLE having main conctiön to all lines.. So including Raj, 80trns were struck.. For 4hrs
