Honestly after last year's Monsoon TT in KR it was running good enough on time, at the end reaching mangalore with slight delay only every 3-4 days every week till mid January. As replacement of sleepers and old rails is being taken up in Karnataka all the trains entering Karnataka KR Region are being delayed even the newly launched Mangalore - Madgaon VB Express is being delayed slightly every day which has enough slacks in b/w. The major problem with Mangluru Express is it is not being given priority as it used to get in earlier days and mostly on Wednesday and Thursday it is heavily delayed due to coinciding of NZM - TVC Rajdhani Express as it comes with almost 15-30 minutes of delay at Panvel and mangluru express is ahead of it later mangluru express is halted for overtaking of this Rajdhani and also morning trains crossing makes it...

This was just for Down train 12133 . 12134 Up train has been always late with average 1 hour delay everyday except a few days in a month and as usual if 12133 is delayed the same train or rake is used for UP journeys so obviously 12134 is delayed heavily and on top again count the delay of maintenance and crossing of other trains at the end reaching Thane with avg delay of 4 hours everyday . CSMT platform work going on so it is terminated at Thane. Being a Superfast and having a very aggressive TT this train is really the "Rocket Express" but hope it is looked after the authorities overall to run it on time with at least 30 min avg delay which is acceptable.
