Why is this train called a 'Mix Passenger'? Also, I assume this will be the only remaining NG stretch in Gujarat; why hasn't it been converted to BG yet?

Don't know exactly why it is called mix passenger. Yes this last is last stretch of NG in WR still operating. They have planned a Bilimora - Waghai - Manmad BG link too but no mentioning if fund allocation in this year's pink book.
