This service has been welcomed by the residents of Navgachhia. In another development, the FLC of East Central Railway Hajipur conducted a surprise inspection of Navgachhia station. They expressed dissatisfaction with the cleanliness and other arrangements. They inspected counters, the relay room, and the foot over bridge. They were particularly upset with the broken glass at the ticket counter and the lack of cleanliness on the foot over bridge.
