I am from Haryana , we don't need such extentions . Rather a Namo Bharat Connection from Delhi or Vande Metro Shuttle suits us more .
Delhi - Hisar passenger load is almost negligible. Hisar is not a major city of the state neither rail section is fast which can save time .

Arre ! Population of Hisar is too less to withstand a train to Kolkata . NR is just proposing it as a dump yard . An extention to Shekhawati region would have been more beneficial . Hisar is just the dump yard of inactive trains which are unwillingly parked in Delhi region. Isse accha isse Bahadurgarh mei park kar do
ER already disagreed. They proposed Terminal shift to NZM or DEE.
NZM is also saturated.
There is no scope for handling a train at Nizamuddin for given time.
