Yeh toh ho gayi Nayi Trains ki baat, it's a done and dusted thing with no expectations now.
Jo existing trains hai thodi bahut hi sahi unki bhi Lanka lag rahi hai recent example being Ganga Damodar Express after introduction of Patna Dumka Express. TAT at Patna was so less that I was sure about People facing problems due to punctuality and cleanliness. People of that area aren't exactly hygienic per say (no offence intended but it's actually true), plus ECR despite having habit of giving excessive Slack isn't exactly punctual.
