Concession de ya na de but unko id card ye sab dena chaiye so that we become official railfan thereafter we can serve better for passenger just like we can tell them about train news many wanted to as I how to change train to go there so we are likely to tell them and there are lot of query; being offical they can easily trust on us I was also doing the same when I was waiting for my train I suppose to serve the helpless passenger and while journey also but aise kitna trust krte hai kitne nhi bhi thats why I want this to do by railway as a volunteer you can say this
