Vande Bharat are introduced in many routes without accessing the needs of local public travel patterns and to cover geographical reach of all regions and political requests of MPs. Even tge pople of the region should have spending power in large numbers for VB to have daily demand. Here people of VSKP, VZM or SKLM don't travel to Puri to visit temple as done by Orissa and WB people. So a premium train is not required. People of SKLM travel to Puri only during Rath Yatra. A intercity express from Vskp in morning to Puri will be more suitable so that people of SKLM and BAM dts to travel in budget.
