moving average speed is the Speed of the train excluding Halt times, so in this case, the train is having a moving average speed of 56kmph, which qualifies this train for SF Category, although i dont think this is applicable in every train
true... but not sure whats the scene with that, many MEXP Trains have a avg speed of 55+, maybe patalkot and this LKO PPTA would be an example of those
I see. So, Railways' classification of a train being SF[55 kph] is grounded on simple average speed or moving average speed? I think there is 12531 LJN-GKP ICE which has a normal average speed of 49 kph yet is classified as a SF.
