fanof12801~ 110 blog postsThis pooled quota is a big headache. Talking about 18103 Earlier before Covid- this train didn't had any PQ. But now from tata to jalandhar it is PQ, and tata to asr it is GN quota. This train gets 30% or more empty at varanasi then 30% at Lucknow.
Railway understand this very clearly that tata has a big demand for varanasi. Today this PQ quota (Till jalandhar) is showing regret status. Why they are not starting any extra train for BSB. I can understand this train is for Punjab but...

TATA-BSB VB is on cards as per what has been heard so far. But, that will not be helpful for SL passengers and even AC fare will be on higher side.
But, agreed on this PQ change which is really bad , there is no booking allowed for TATA-BKSC in this train in any class which is strange as 12801/02 doesn’t have such restriction.
