GD - STP via Burhwal Jn. you can reach there but reversal required to go back ASH / LJN. As per new policy by railway board for reducing reversal of trains this seems not feasible.
Extend upto Gorakhpur. There are no trains between Gorakhpur to Jodhpur
There was technically, a time when trains from this route used to go to Lucknow via Sitapur but it was in the very early years of route construction.
Practically, this route is longer and as others said will require a loco reversal at Sitapur. Infact, if you are adamant on Sitapur, then there goes an obscure line from Sitapur Cantt towards Unnao that is barely used except for the daily passenger. It'll be quite an unique route then since no train used to or currently uses this formulation of routes to bypass...
