Second Charting vacancy after departure moves to next Charting Station.
Sorry. Why these seats are not showing on I irctc so that I can book this seat from patna
It is showing due to independent charting of patna which was done at 8:30 pm and seats in train 2A were vacant after charting of stations before patna and that got carry forwarded to patna chart
From patna only second ac is in current. 3rd AC vacant berth either booked or got adjusted if some RLWL location exist before patna
