Purnea katihar was always a preferred one by road before this construction from private vehicles to neck to neck bus service whatever suits whosoever but yes there must be some significant increment of preference of road after this construction from distant regions like araria forbesganj etc. On 8th March I was at katihar junction to see off my relative and I saw this check the image number plate. So people from cross border also come to katihar to catch trains. Katihar seriously needs dedicated connections to other part of countries. In addition to it jogbani also needs to be developed significantly for last mile connectivity of seemanchal region.
