i had a pleasant experience of booking a CK ticket from MWM PRS today. I went there at around 6.45 AM and was 23rd person in the line for Tatkal ticket booking. Got a CNF ticket quickly at 10.08 itself.
What i liked was the CRS was personally present at the side of the PRS counter to oversee and bookings and he makes sure that all the forms are complete, no on breaks the Queue, no one is submitting more than one forms for booking etc. and this helps the queue to move ahead quickly

But the only thing is that you should go prepared to spend about 3 hours. I carried 3-4 News papers, my copy of 'Around the Country in 80 Trains', my earphone to hear songs on my mobile.

Coffee in hot flask, mobile charger and if further bored,balance in mobile are necessary equipment to deal with PRS CK tkt.
Now i feel i am happy that i didnt depend on IRCTC.
