But the funny thing i noticed was the announcer saying '07213 Special train from Kakinada going to Kollam' for this train coming from Vijayawada and also more than half the seats were empty
If you check 07111 SKZR QLN special and this one are arriving PGT at the same time on the same day.. I dont know how :-)

As per erail. its same day. will need to check in IRCTC though
just checked IRCTC.
These trains (07213 and 07111) dont travel at the same time, while 07613 and 07109 travels at the same time between PGT and QLN on Saturdays, and 07107 and 07109 on mondays.
They might have given same timings, in the hope that either of these will definitely get delayed
