In IPL, let's bump up the teams to 16 with players like Vishakapatnam, Kochi, Cuttack, Ranchi, Indore & Pune, and 5 overseas players per team, ditching impact/substitution players. Oh, and if a team wins 24 matches straight, they're in the playoffs. Just SG balls on Indian pitches, no more Kookabura or Dukes in IPL. And different review systems for different match types - 3 for tests, 2 for ODIs, 1 for T20s, and 2 for IPL.

Impact players/substituted players ko khatam karna chahiye kyun ki ye kuch bewakoofana lagta hai.
IPL mein agar koi team 24 consecutive matches jeet leti hai toh wo team automatically playoffs ke liye qualify hogi (agar ek haar ya draw hota hai ya rain ke karan no result hota hai toh NRR par depend karega ya seedha qualify hoga)
Sirf SG balls hi Indian pitches mein use honge, IPL mein bhi (kookabura ya Dukes nahi)
Test matches mein 3 DRS, ODI mein 2, T20 international mein 1, IPL mein 2 lagoo honge.
