Full-on political and useless statement, man. Trains are the nation's wealth, not any political party's. Many railway ministers have come and gone, but the trains keep running, bro. No railway worker would want any train accident at any level. Every railway worker loves their train, their job, and family more than political thoughts. Political folks are only thinking about serving their own interests, even on the graves, when will they come to their senses?

The President of Railway Organization only misuses these peeps (Railway employees) and instead of solving their issues (like a Railway employee being against working more than 16 hours instead of 12 hours), he just using their name to do politics on an empty stomach. But still their issue ain't fixed. And these organizations are only able to increase casteism, regionalism, one specific caste, religion and their beliefs, North South dispute (like AIOBC, DREU, NRMU) cause they getting funds from foreign organizations to create a "Tukde Tukde Gang" like in JNU, in the name of opposing ruling party, all these people openly oppose any new changes (like NPS scheme, new trains etc.) that's why no matter how much Railway Minister think, it's becoming very difficult to implement those schemes. Till the time Indian government bans such traitorous organization and pays attention to the facilities of all the railway employees, only then the condition of Indian railways will improve. Railway ke employees political parties ke saath jude hote hain, jaise main yahaan bhej raha hoon tasveerein (yahaan Chennai mein), bas chahiye unhe Railway Organization ke President ki publicity badhani hai, chahe Railway ke employees ko achhi salary aur khaas suvidhayein mil rahi hai, in logon ko Central Government se bahut gussa hai.

Railway Organization ke President sirf in logon (Railway employees) ko galat istemal karta hai aur unka problem solve karne ke bajaay (jaise Railway employee ko 12 ghante se zyada kaam karne ke khilaaf) sirf unke naam ka istemal karke politics karta hai. Par problem ab bhi solve nahi hui hai. Aur aise organizations sirf jaativad, kshetravad, ek jaati, dharm aur unki vishwas, Uttar-South vivad (jaise AIOBC, DREU, NRMU) badhane ke liye hi laayak hai kyunki foreign organizations se funding mil rahi hai aur inke associated associations ko "Tukde Tukde Gang" banane ke liye, JNU mein jaisa. Accidents ghatnaayein dekhne ko aati hain kyun ke kaam mein laparwahi hoti hai. Beaurocracy implementation ke liye hoti hai. Chahe INC ho ya BJP ya RJD ya CPI ya TMC koi bhi RM ban jaye. Unka kaam hota hai implementation aur Beaurocracy. Mantralaya ke paas poori power hoti hai cheezon ko control karne ki. Woh kabhi nahi karte kyunki khud employees ke vote pe depend karte hain. Organizations chhod ke, IR ko properly fund nahi kiya gaya hai safety aur maintenance ka kaam kar sake. IR ko 2L -3L aur log chahiye sirf civil, maintenance aur safety kaam ke liye sath mein running staffs ke liye. Par IR mein bahut zyada zonal employees, managers hain unki jarurat se zyada. Technology develop honi chahiye jo managerical aur clerical positions ko kam karti hai aur ground level staffs aur running staffs ko badhati hai. Is tareeke se IR apni economy bacha sakti hai aur desh ki economy mein madad kar sakti hai. Nafrat wali rajneeti gehri hai kyunki chunav karne ka tareeka yehi hota hai. Humko proportional representation system jaise MMP (Germany aur New Zealand mein) chahiye hoti hai Beaurocracy mein kaam karne ke liye. Bina IR ki mool samasyaon ko hal kiye, side effects ko theek karne se bimari kabhi theek nahi hoti.
