When organisation become too big to handle it is tough to have a feedback mechanism. Railway Labour organisations and accidents happened is nowhere related. Accidents happen due to negligence in implementation. Beaurocracy is there for implementation. Be it INC or BJP or RJD or CPI or TMC whoever becomes RM. They are responsible for implementation and Beaurocracy. The ministry has whole power to curb things. They never do because they themselves depend on votes of employees. Leaving organisations, As a whole IR is not funded properly to suit is safety and maintainence works is one of the prime issue right from 1947. IR needs additional 2L -3L people just for civil, maintainence and safety works along with running staffs. But IR have way to many zonal employees, managers than needed. Technology developed should reduce managerical and clerical positions and increase ground level staffs and running staffs. In this way IR...
