12513/Secunderabad - Silchar SF Express is aleeper plus ac coaches.
Non AC trains are clocking 130 since years now, over most of Indian tracks fit to handle those speeds.
130 kph is normal for LHB trains, be it AC/non AC. It is 160 kph which non AC trains have issue doing, possibly due to heavy wind drag.
