Bhopal Shatabdi: chalti hai ek dum hawa ke mafik, speed aisi ke ruka de traffic - Varun

I booked a CKWL ticket in this train from MAS-CBE and it did not get confirmed. The booking charges were Rs. 838.83 and after automatic cancellation got only Rs. 779. The diff is almost Rs.60. Where does it all go, I know reservation fee Rs.20 and payment gateway fee wont be refunded. That amounts only to Rs.32/- max. Can someone explain how these cancellation charges are taken? The amount I have quoted are actual amount deducted from CreditCard.
