How much Clerkage charge is to be paid to Postpone a prs SL ticket

postponing a CNF ticket is almost like cancelling it and booking a new one.
Cancellation fees will be collected (25% if done with in 24 hrs to 4 hrs prior to departure,50% if done with in 4 hours prior to departure) and new booking will be subject to availability on the postponed date.Also ,Fresh reservation fee for the class for which reservation is required is to be paid .
Postpondment of journey on confirmed tickets shall be allowed in the same or ANY higher class' by ANY subsequent train on the...
