The Khalilabad-Shravasti-Balrampur line will be constructed in three phases, with the first phase (Khalilabad-Bansi, 27 km) scheduled for completion in March 2025. The Sahjanwa-Dohrighat line, with trains designed to run at 160 km/h, will also be built in three phases, culminating in the completion of the final phase (Golabazar-New Dohrighat, 25.5 km) in March 2027.
