Well this is a very good proposal, a dedicated train from Tata to Gorakhpur. But instead of doing this, why can't just 15022/21 frequency should be increased, or similar train should be planned under SER. I think that option is also feasible.
frequency increase of 15021/15022 depends on slot availability, if it is available then it will be feasible but as of now, 18181/18182 extension upto GKC is quite feasible
If we check frequency, down train has only 4 days free slot and UP train has almost 5-6 days.
