during the incident. The Chief Safety Commissioner (CRS) will conduct an onsite inspection on Thursday. Additionally, 34 railway employees from seven departments will be questioned. The investigation encompasses the station masters of Rajkharsawan and Barabambo, two guards from the Mumbai Mail and a freight train, four locomotive pilots, and pointmen. Notices are being issued to these individuals at the departmental level. The railway has also issued a public notice seeking information from villagers residing near the accident site. They can share information regarding the incident with the CRS. According to the railway, a freight train derailed on the down line first, with its wagons extending onto the other line. This led to the derailment of the Howrah-Mumbai Mail as its coaches collided with the derailed freight train wagons while traveling on the up line. Experts suggest that the accident could have been prevented if the derailment of the freight train had been reported at Rajkharsawan and Barabambo stations. A delay in stopping the train, traveling at a speed of 110 km/h, would have prevented the incident and saved the lives of two passengers. Inspections by different departments have revealed that the freight train wagons had been dragging for about half a kilometer before they derailed. The railway supervisor from Chakradharpur is conducting an internal investigation into the causes of the accident. The senior locomotive pilot of the Howrah-Mumbai Mail has given his statement to the railway supervisor's team in Chakradharpur. The Railway Safety Commissioner may summon the employees and officials to Kolkata headquarters for further questioning after the onsite investigation. Action will be taken against negligent employees and officials based on the CRS report.

accident waali jagah par jaane wale hain. Saath hi, 7 departments ke 34 railway employees se bhi puchtaach ki jaayegi. CRS ki investigation se railway employees aur officers mein ghabrahat hai. Investigation mein Rajkharsawan aur Barabambo ke station masters, Mumbai Mail aur maalgaadi ke 2 guards, 4 loco pilots, aur pointmen bhi include hain. Department level par unko notice bheje jaa rahe hain. Dusri taraf, railway ne public notice nikala hai jisme accident waali jagah ke paas rehne waale villagers se information maangi gayi hai. Unse CRS se accident ke baare mein baat karne ko kaha gaya hai. Railway ke mutabik, maalgaadi pehle down line par derailed hui thi aur uske wagons dusri line par aa gaye. Is wajah se up line se chal rahi Howrah-Mumbai Mail ke coaches derailed maalgaadi ke wagons se takraane ke baad derailed ho gaye. Experts ka kehna hai ki agar maalgaadi ke derailment ki jaankari Rajkharsawan aur Barabambo station par hoti, to accident nahi hota. 110 km/h speed se chal rahi train ko thoda sa rokne se accident nahi hota aur do passengers ki jaan bach jaati. Line se coaches aur wagons hatane ke baad, different departments ki investigation se pata chala ki maalgaadi ke wagons derailed hone se pehle aadha kilometre tak ragad rahe the. Chakradharpur mandal ke railway supervisor accident ke karan ki investigation kar rahe hain. Howrah-Mumbai Mail ke senior loco pilot ne Chakradharpur mein railway supervisor ki team ko apna statement diya hai. Railway Safety Commissioner accident waali jagah ki investigation ke baad employees aur officers ko Kolkata headquarters par puchtaach ke liye bula sakte hain. CRS ki report ke baad negligent employees aur officers par action liya jaayega.
