Do any VBs in India primarily run on single tracks as well? For eg, the GKP-ALD VB runs b/w Raebareily - ALD on some patches of single line. Some parts are under construction post Unchahar, I think, and b/W RBL-Unchachar, pure single line.

Wait, almost the whole section is single line there. I am surprised they introduced a VB there. It would greatly impact both xings and OTs and delay other trains in the section.
