Yes definitely Rly should go with such a plan.Citing an eg,they know that 12505/06 can never maintain its schedule during these 2 months,so better when the ARP for Dec 1 to Jan 31 Started,they could've made it 6 Days/week instead of Daily so as to make a rake available after a cyclic delay.Other than cancelling it at the last moment that would've been a passenger friendly option & also rescheduling of other trains to keep the passenger not to wait at wee hours in insecure station premises of NDLS/NZM/ANVT/DLI.

Exactly, that is what I have said for BPl shtb also. They can make it alternate days from NDLS in the current timing. Another rake from BPL from morning times.
IR is playing lives directly and indirectly. This is almost harassment

Sabarimala season is the largest festival time and the temple opens only then.
People do come even from northern states like Bihar and JH.
