Well slack is one thing, but this is wasting ~2 hrs of the train's time. Especially when you consider that it has furthur slack on the BSB-DDU segment [the BSB MEMU is faster b/w BSB-DDU than this train]. So, in practise it has nearly ~2.5 hrs of slack combined in AYC-DDU sector which feels too much. I think IR didn't revise it's TT from the olden days when this was a single lined section.
