what might be the reason that the entire state of BIHAR does not have a single shatabdi? a shatabdi that used to run(patna howrah) has been converted to jan shatabdi some ten years back.
a shatabdi special train should be run from PATNA to LUCKNOW via VARANASI and back leaving patna in the morning and coming back at night. if enjoys nice patronage (which i am sure it will owing to population dense region) can be regularised.

zyada profit nahi hoga is liye patna shtabdi ko patna jan shtabdi me badal diya gaya waisey bhi bihar me gareeb log rehtey hai is liye shtabdi jaisi train ki zaroorat nahi hai shtabdi class people ke liye hai
