Previously also I have asked this doubt but till now not cleared so I want to ask again that if i book a ticket from A to B of any class in PRS and again book a ticket from same A to B in the same class in IRCTC(e-ticket) whether there will be any difference in the quota alloted to both the tickets?

as per my knowledge no quota change if u r changing ur bp after booking
it always happen at time of booking.
in case u r booking a ticket from station A to station Z and
you are select a bp station B then u ll be beneficial of B stations quota.

if your original ticket is from A to Z and if you later change it to B, you are still using quota of A. If you change boarding point from A to B, it does not mean that one more seat is now availabe from A or one less seat is available from B. In fact whatever may be the idea behing allowing change in boarding point, now knowledgeable people use this facility to avail better quota from previous destination!!

Suppose a train X goes from A to B having intermediate stations C, D, E, F, G....
If a person books a ticket from A to B, and later changes the BP to C or D or F(etc etc), his originating station(i.e from where he will embark) will change to C or D or F(etc etc) but the quota will be the same of the original booked one, i.e from A to B.
.
Again,
...
suppose a person books from C to B and it lies under Remote Quota, he will get Remote quota itself. And if he desires to change the BP here from C to D, his quota will remain the previous one(i.e Remote quota).
.
To explain the two PNR's which you provided, /pnr/post/644009, the ticket was booked from CBE and later changed to MAS. As from CBE to JP, there exists General quota and even though BP was changed it stayed General.
.
This one /pnr/post/641772, the ticket was ORIGINALLY booked from MAS, there was no case of BP change. Thus it adopted RLGN quota as from MAS to JP, Remote quota only exists.
.
Note: BP change does NOT change the quota, it ONLY changes the boarding point(the point where the person will board the train).
