What does "Regreted" status mean for the TDR filed e-Ticket. Out of 4 passengers booked in the PNR only two confirmed and the other two were in WL. So, i filed the TDR online. I am not able to open and see the details.

Well, IR dint give me a berth. So, I filed TDR and mentioned the same thing while filing it. IR must have done a second check before refunding the money.
Did you provide the reason that you have travelled but not get reserved berth, in that case its negligence from the railways.. if not, what was the reason you mentioned when filing TDR?
I clearly mentioned that the passenger traveled but TTE dint provide a berth.
Mail IRCTC regarding the details, that is 2 pax traveled and 2 pax not traveled in 3AC and also mention that the 2 pax traveled in SL. Also mention both the PNR numbers 3AC as well as SL and apply again. Your case is genuine and you need to get refund of 2 pax in 3AC
