What does "Regreted" status mean for the TDR filed e-Ticket. Out of 4 passengers booked in the PNR only two confirmed and the other two were in WL. So, i filed the TDR online. I am not able to open and see the details.

you cannot travel for free in any case on indian railways not even standing near stinky bathrooms, so how is the logic of full refund?
