no sense....bogibeel rail project announced by Nitish Kumar 15 yrs back....till now all the pillars also not erected...thats India..whether BJP or Congress...its all the same.
DUDE.... I want to ask u a question....do u support the increase in Cancellation Charges for confirmed as well as W/L Ticket...Does it make any sense..?? We can already see that so many people dont cancel their tickets prior to Chhart Preparation,so berths remain vacant thus giving a chance to the corrupt TTE's to sale the berths...this decision will demotivate passengers to cancel their tickets....
Instead incentives should be provided to travelers to cancel their tickets ASAP, if they do not intend to travel, so the trains tend to show more availability and pax transact more, which in turn will increase the income of IR as well.
