For tatkal Booking from railway counters(PRS) as well as e ticket photo identity card should be mandatary to carry at the time of travel.
1.this will reduce toubts (Dalals) so the genune passenger can get ticket on first come first get basis
2. This will help to improve secuirty concern in trains
3. this will help to reduce corruption in railway ticket booking...

4. As the law abaiding citizen every one have to carry is Photo ID During his travels. this will help to identify the person in the case of if any misshep
is heppend (i.e acciendent ,injuury etc.
5 As while at the time of driving if compalsary to keep driving lisence along with all the time why it is not made is compalsary to keep Photo Id at the time of travel.
6. During trecvells by flight Photo Id are not strictly checked it should also be checked for all the passenger to improve the security concerns.
7. As now days Indian Railway has allowed many type of photo Id say as bank pass book, School/college photo Id etc . Aviaction ministry also have to allow these as Photo ID.
please do need full on the matter so things can be made mandatory.

Probably the thing we need to do here is to put a foot down and say we are not going to buy tickets from the touts. Or complain to the consumer court ... I am planning to do that as soon as I get a chance ... fortunately have not been waitlisted. But surely ther is no quick fix.
Easy to say... great ... India me sab rote hain .... aapne bhi bol diya ... kuchh kiya kya ? ... Try once ... you will feel better as I did....

..
I was travelling on a train from Mumbai to Satna. Had Witohout ticket / WL travellers in my compartment who used to come and occupy any berth. Some of them were indulging in surrogate eve teasing. I tried arguing with them ... then with the attendents and the TTEs ... nothing happened ... on reaching khandwa Idid not allow the train to proceed ... how ?... there was a change of TTEs at that station ... I did not let the aligting person talk to the new one freely ... I went to station master and said train will not proceed till the issue is resolved. Finally was able to get the guys out of the compartment .... not without intimidations and arguments though ... they said things like ... will see you in Itarsi / Jabalpur and will let you know who you are etc ... but nothing happened.
I have not been able to solve the problem but did something ....
