For tatkal Booking from railway counters(PRS) as well as e ticket photo identity card should be mandatary to carry at the time of travel.
1.this will reduce toubts (Dalals) so the genune passenger can get ticket on first come first get basis

4. As the law abaiding citizen every one have to carry is Photo ID During his travels. this will help to identify the person in the case of if any misshep
is heppend (i.e acciendent ,injuury etc.
5 As while at the time of driving if compalsary to keep driving lisence along with all the time why it is not made is compalsary to keep Photo Id at the time of travel.
6. During trecvells by flight Photo Id are not strictly checked it should also be checked for all the passenger to improve the security concerns.
7. As now days Indian Railway has allowed many type of photo Id say as bank pass book, School/college photo Id etc . Aviaction ministry also have to allow these as Photo ID.
please do need full on the matter so things can be made mandatory.
