They are comfortbale and happy as an express train was promoted to sf without changing the tt even for a min.
If it reaches on time its difficult but if you see arr/dep history on an avg its delayed around 2-3 hrs which could make it bit more convenient to alight...
Basically the train has got a general habit of running late every time in it's service because it doesn't receives enough priority in the busiest Kolkata - Delhi route.
