As for distance restrictions, I have clearly stated look up the rules in other TTs. They cannot be so widely different as to be totally at divergence with other Zones.
I think you forget that the broad guidelines are laid down by the Railway Board, and we in the Zonal Railways have to follow that or we are hauled up.

alone have not been travelling Mr Vinay. I have been travelling for nearly 49 years of my 54 years of my life so far, in all classes, with and without reservation., and on all trains.. including locos as in locomotives.
So I request you to refrain from making remarks such as based on research (mainly student) etc. This is the FIRST time I am losing my temper at your language.
