I cant understand half of ur words....though PKV Sir's English is also hi-fi but still meaning can be easily understood....but ur english is very difficult to interpret...
It's kind of saying a caclulated diet or proportion of such minerals that can be yielded out of the food served. We may closely relate the words to Curd rice and pickles... Correct me if I am wrong..
