I think till 30th April,old rules will be in and from 1st May the new regime will kick in.
u cant book ticket from 1st may, whose ARP open on 30th april.
it means on 1st may u can only book ticket upto 29th june and so on...
becoz from jhansi to benglore,
1.KK is slowest train.
2. it got quota sharing with agra, gwalior and mathura like cities.
3. result KK got regret in 3 months advance but seats stilll remain in ksk from next 30 days.

so what will happen to those from 30june to 28aug..whose booking open alredy..there will b a vacuum in terms of availibilty..upto 60days adv again open!
