i m irctc agent i have book bharat dharshan package op prate by irctc depature date 29sep now it postpond till 10 october my passenger want to not travell that date irctc say refund will be given after one month why can any one give me advice
Sir what advice can we give when IRCTC has already told you that it will be refunded after a month

Vinay Ji This is the major problem with irctc refunds.
On cancellation ticketswe have to give money immediately while normally we get refund in 3 days.

hey sir ..when u book this journey .u must read Terms & condition's..so ..or ask to irctc help desk or Marketing Executive ...ok
प्रिय मित्र राज जी - इ टिकिट एजेंट होने के नाते में आपसे यही कह सकता हु की आप irctc को नियमित इ मेल करते रहे -और हो सके तो मार्केटिंग ऑफिसर (irctc) से संपर्क करे -- irctc के नियमो के मुताबिक़ आप को अपने ग्राहक को रुपया तो तुरंत ही देना होगा --- धन्यवाद्
