For Medical examination, patients are given concessions...
but that concession is limited to / from Native place to place of Examination with due supporting.
The Parliament House Quota for M.P. also must have this clause, they should have facility to travel from Native to Delhi and Back....
So that misuse of Quota , if not stopped, is minimized...
