Yes why not??LHB also can run only when Loco Pulls it na and Loco pulls it only when LP operates it and LP operates it only when go signal is given :P
if LHB train runs 35 Hrs late..then Mahananda also deserves LHB...
So count all ever delay trains with 20-30 Hrs + delay we shall recommend to RB for LHB soon for them on priority :)
Yeah sure..I can bet that it is running wid LHB rakes..Last year NR too ran a special in winter wid LHB rakes :)
