PNR 4351448281. Tatkal e-ticket. Female 33- CNF. Female 6- CKWL 15.
Can the Child travel with her mother, as in above case, if yes, then whether one has to buy a ticket for the child from counter before boarding.

No need to buy an unreserved ticket. As i early said there is no proper clarification for partial wL tickets. Generally,The WL passengers in Partial WL ticket will be allowed to travel with the CNF passengers. In your case, the co passenger is just 6 yrs old and she can adjust with her mom in the same berth . Wish you a happy journey.
2A berths can very much accommodate a mom and child.
