A general inquiry here-------- Whom do we report to in an event of some one found dead on tracks--------any hotline numbers available. Any procedure to be followed .

Nearest Police station or Nearest Railway Station guess would be option..
Inform the nearest railway/police station or the police control room (100)
If u can spot a nearby LC, you can report there... He wl pass the msge to station and the station master to the police...
I have once done it.. while i was in 10th.. coming after tution spotted a person lying dead on the tracks with head outside... I met LC wala( whom i was in good touch) and told him.. he called KZK station master and told him...
