If its ER then they should have added one 3AC coach because there is just one 2AC-cum-3AC coach and WL never gets confirmed unless its CKWL. Passengers of Asansol, Dhanbad, Bokaro, Ranchi, Rourkela have 4 seats in 2AC for Surat.
