Shram Sakti runs for 441 kms in 6 hrs and Bangalore Chennai Mail runs 358 kms in 6 hrs. definitely there is slack time.
Traffic in Kanpur-Tundla-New Delhi section is far more when compared to traffic in Bangalore-Katpadi-Arrakonam-Chennai section in that particular slot of 12 am to 6 am.
