Sorry that anti theft energization was not posted by me just reply to the appropriate post. Even i'm not aware of the concept.
Advantage is in the name itself - If the wires are left just like that, thieves can break and take it away. To keep thieves away this is done so that they don't touch it.
MMR-DD: Manmad to Belapur is electrified (2.2 kV) and awaiting CRS inspection. From Belapur to Daund, the poles and wires have been erected upto DD Outer, but no signs of any poles in DD Station as such. Wires have been laid almost everywhere. Lets hope it goes live soon.

Ha ha ha kya concept a new thing to know. Its good hear that electrification is about to complete and completed till belapur but in atlas its shown till shirdi
