Hello Sir. This is just for clarification about the Partially waitlist passenger in indian railways Can a partially waitlisted passenger travel in the reserved coach along with the other confirmed Pax in the same PNR,Officially?

Aint this rule specific to e-tickets?
I guess even fully waitlisted tickets from PRS counters appear on the chart.

Because IR cancels FWL eTickets automatically that's why such PNR are not printed on chart.
eTicket cancellation is done by user but PRS tickets can not be cancelled without PRS visit.

When a group ticket is bought involving two or more than two persons, and ticket remains partially confirmed : IR is not allowing 'uncomired ticket holders to travel in Reserved coach' ....
Then the reserved rickets holders too should be cancelled and their quota allotted to others... else only Confirmed Tickets holders should proceed from home itself.... and options should be given on mobile .... so that preparations are not made, or alternative be given....
