What I understand from your post is that if a train departs (arrives?) from a station enroute between 00:01 to 00:59 hrs, the tatkal ticket will be available even for the 3rd day in advance?
That is on 1st, booking for 4th?

The train will be reaching nasik on the 2nd day of journey and hence tatkal booking for NSK will not be available on the first day of journey. However the tatkal quota is already open and will be consumed before people beyond Itarsi go for tatkal booking on next day @ 8.00 am.
