I do not know about Vikramshila or Bhagalpur Garib Rath,because anyhow they'll travel for only 100 km extra...But 14056 Brahmputra Mail has to cover 1500 km more till the Eastern End..So why not they're showing some responsibility so that the Loco Change can be done within 20 mts..???

nope . loco change occurs in patna not kiul.
tt of 14055/14056 can be speded up & journey time can be reduced to 48 hrs sharp
